Divya Nallapu an ex student of the 2016-2019 batch of the HEP course had taken a session discussing about her experience at CHRIST, studying at Sciences PO(France) and how she cleared the entrance test at JNU on 10th of July 2019, Wednesday. All these institutions which she studied at and where she was going to start studying has given her an exposure especially to grow and outshine the others of her same calibre and age. Stressing about the importance of self-learning by reading various books and through references online like journals articles and research paper, widened her horizon on different aspects of the same subjects and gave her the chance of exploration on new methods of understanding. She gave all of them a brief information about the quality time she spent reading at the library especially at Sciences PO which helped her out in evolving herself much better. Mentioning about Christ she said that the skill sets acquired here were very useful to enjoy her time at Sciences PO (France). Economics being her area of interest and expertise she tried to always spend increased amounts of time in researching and studying the subject. Her research skill, helped her to clear the exam and take up Economics as a Masters course at JNU. Followed by this, there was an informal session discussing about the necessity of living an independent life and how to manage a living abroad or outside your place meaning the hometown. Basically she said that we need to have self-control and discipline in deciding the career we would want to choose as this would basically help in the long run by improving the skill sets. There was an interactive session between her and the final year BA HEP students of the batch 2017-2020 regarding the opportunities lined out after graduation for the various programmes and similar opportunities.
